Reception in English – Check-in upon arrival at the hotel


-C: Hello, I booked a double room/reserved for three nights. My name is Susan Banks.

-R: Yes, I saw it here. Can you give me your passport? /I need your passport.

-Are you interested in upgrading to a luxury suite/room?

-C: How many more? /possible?

-R: Breakfast included/free.

-Breakfast is not included. Would you like to add breakfast?

-C: Yes, we will add that.

-No, thanks . Let's go out to breakfast.

-R: This is your access card. You are in room 203. You are on the second floor.


For me, laundry service is very important because it saves me time and I can focus on other tasks.
